To a packed house at Noobai Restaurant & Lounge, Former Teacher – Non-Profit CEO Adam Greenman announced his candidacy for the Mayoralty of Pawtucket Monday night. In a speech that focused on Community & Competency, Greenman took square aim at longtime incumbent Donald R. Grebien … without mentioning him by name … pointing out the litany of institutional losses suffered by Pawtucket … in a speech that was unusually detailed in policy, while still providing the “Vision Thing”.

Economic development … education … infrastructure … public services were all cited as targets by Greenman, focusing on the lack of leadership, transparency and engagement by Grebien.
